^ very professional start there, excuse me -*cough*- BUT I FINISHED SOMETHING BIGGER, YAY!!
This one has been in making about 4 months now and I have worked it on and off between other things and damn it was big of a work. I mean I feel like I had to study some things all over again while making this and the list of different references from boiled eyes to burned walls would fill up 1 page in Word. *_* I wanted to add some nifty detail on the walls too and ended up removing them because they took too much focus off from the actual character.
Gotta admit that I have been experimenting some serious burnout (puns hehheh) lately and the only things I have been able to do is finish up some works that only needed final touches + there is no end to amount of sketches I have made. >_> ugh. But the blood was very enjoyable to make.
If I just could finish up Ember's refsheet as soon as possible, because I was going to actually WRITE the story of this image here NOW but--------- not going to happen today hahhah, no. I will just leave it short:

There was this certain incident where mama wolf was protecting her children and well.... one thing lead to another and mama wolf ended up making a pact with a lesser demon which has a big part in the incident itself. Demon consumes the mama wolf and coexists with it in shared body. Ember, as hellbent(puuuuuuns) as she is, keeps one part of her consciousness to herself.
