You've probably heard it enough times, but of course this picture is so beautiful! I still don't know how artists like you can shade so well and so detailed. May I ask whether you think SAI would be better option for shading in this realistic style than Photoshop (I use CS4, but really struggle with anything other than cel shading as the brushes just don't do it for me)?

This pic is so captivating, I can hardly describe how much I adore it. I look up to you so very much and I know that through much practice and patience, I will be able to live up to your glorious example.
Everything about this picture, I looove! The ripples of bright, intense red flowing through his ivory fur along with his electric blue eyes really provide a glorious contrast paired with his facial expression and arm position. Everything together really creates a sense of power and strength, yet elegance and beauty. Heck, that symbol in the backround, I really dont know if it means anything, but I still love it.
Your example really inspires me to keep practicing and trying new things, pushing my artistic ability to new limits.
Sorry for the long comment, I couldn't help myself this time, I always have something to say, but I always withdraw. (I hate being shy, it's my weakness)  It took me a while to build up the courage to post this, and well, here it is. If you took the time to read this, I just want to say thanks.
PS: 23 hours! that's mayhem! I bow down to your patience. Emoticon: Bow

I LOVE YOUR STYLE OF DRAWING!!!!!
I wish i was as talented as you, i'm trying soooo hard to color and shade my drawings, i'm only 13 though and i'm not as experienced. i'm actually slowing down my pace, i used to do sketches and drawings that i wouldn't finish. but now i'm taking my time and completing one drawing at a time, my account ain't completed yet so i still have some work to do :'( but i can't wait until i'm very proud of what i do :D

It i GOOD to complete stuff and it takes time. Hours even days.

Also you are even younger than I was when I started drawing "seriously", so I would not worry so much. But be proud of your work even if it is not a master piece! every drawing we do, teaches us something new ^_^
